• 3rd Part billing added, This feature will allow you to invoice one customer for work performed, yet charge their main account. i.e. National account billing for Tire stores.  
• General Ledger , not a civil war commander,  added and enhancements coming soon.

• Job style work orders and estimates added, This feature allows you to group the parts and labor along with the customer complaint on work orders and estimates, it makes or easier reading by the customer and enhances your ability to service the customer because you can tell at a glance if you have addressed all their concerns.

• The Tire module is now fully integrated with our estimating system.  Pick a tire, click save and the software does the rest. You can even check your internet based vendors for availability of the tires you need with one button click. Our favorite is the Tire Rack link for Retail pricing.

• WorldPac integration now available through the work order and estimate system as well as the new enhanced Inventory module. You can send a vehicle on the work order or estimate to WorldPac and after you have selected the parts, you can post them directly on the work order. They also end up in Inventory module as a pick list that can be used to create a WorldPac order with the click of a button.

February  12, 2003

• Wrenchead Parts and Mitchell Labor guide Integration via CD or Internet now available. This module will let you get parts and labor pricing for your jobs and will also check you inventory for the items that you carry. We are very exited about this module because it lets you use aftermarket parts and will work with WorldPac.

• Our XML interface with QuickBooks is now available. The system will import and export customers and vendors, back and forth from QuickBooks to DealerTrax.

• The enhanced Point of Sale module now available. This system lets you give line item discounts , pricing based on product lines and percentage discounts you give to customers, and track backorders of products. Too many features to list here.

• Our new marketing system added. When you do the daily closeout Our system will let you look over a small list of clients and generate letters or postcards based on the recommended service for smother easier mailings. 
• Why send 400 letters or postcards once a month and get an overwhelming response that you can't deliver on when you can send out 10 a day and schedule the service properly.

• We are pleased to announce our integration with ARI PartSmart system. If you are in the Outdoor Power and Equipment industry, you can now use the graphic catalog features of PartSmart to look up the parts and then post the to a DealerTrax Work Order, Estimate or Purchase Order.
